Smart Interaction Gesture Control allows you to interact with your TV using your hands. By gesturing to the TV, you can control TV functions like changing the channel. It works with the TV’s built-in camera. We asked someone at the booth to demo the feature on the Smart Hub and also play cool interactive kid’s game.

Samsung launched the new Smart Hub at Monday’s press conference. It’s been updated to be a lot more intuitive. All content is now easily accessible across 5 panels, so when you turn on the TV you can quickly find the movies and shows that you want to see. We found a cool kiosk at the Samsung booth that demonstrates just how it works. Here are some snapshots to give you an idea:

Samsung unveiled their new search tool for TVs at their press conference Monday and there’s a lot excitement on the floor about it. Looking for something to watch? You can now search for videos across all available content — live TV, Streaming services, and your own personal content. Plus you can use your Samsung tablet as a remote control. Words just can’t do it justice, so we got some one to demo it for us on video.
